Kevin D. Pizzutillo, 61, of West Deptford, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on August 22, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of generosity, friendship, and devotion to family. Born on February 29, 1964, in Woodbury, NJ, raised in Westville, NJ, and graduate of Gateway Regional High School, Kevin made the most of every extra leap year-and every ordinary day-in his remarkable life.

The cherished son of the late Dolores and the late Daniel Pizzutillo, Kevin grew up with a strong sense of family that would define his character throughout the years. He married his high school sweetheart, Helena (nee Kinsella), on June 19, 1993. Together, they built a loving home where family always came first. Kevin is survived by Helena, his devoted wife of 32 years; their daughter Brittany Monaghan (Ryan), son Kevin D. Pizzutillo Jr., brother Daniel Pizzutillo, sister-in-law Catherine and brother-in-law Stephen Patterson. Kevin is also survived by many extended cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Among his many joys, Kevin held a special place in his heart for his daughter's beloved dog, Oakley and new grandson, Landon C. Monaghan.

A respected businessman, Kevin was well known throughout the Gloucester City community as the 3rd generation owner and operator of Gloucester Iron & Metal Inc. He was a true friend to many, always willing to lend a hand or an ear, no matter the time or circumstance. Generosity and thoughtfulness defined Kevin-he could always be counted on to show up when needed most.

Kevin found happiness in the simple pleasures of life, especially when shared with his family. He cherished weekends in Wildwood, NJ, with Helena and their children; and created lasting memories boating, hunting in Dubois, PA, snowmobiling in Old Forge, NY, and drag racing with his son. Whether he was working on a new project or spending time with friends, Kevin approached each day with energy and enthusiasm.

Kevin D. Pizzutillo's spirit-kind, supportive, and deeply loyal-will remain in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known him. Kevin's impact on loved ones, friends, and community will not be forgotten and his memory will be cherished by all who knew him.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a viewing visitation on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 8:30 am until 10:00 am at McGuiness Funeral Home 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096, followed by a funeral Mass at 11:00 am at St. Matthew's Roman Catholic Church, 4th & Monument Avenue, National Park, NJ 08063. Kevin will be laid to rest at Eglington Cemetery, 320 Kings Highway, Clarksboro, NJ 08020.
