I met Kevin here in Aiken SC and in trying to find him to see how he was doing, I found this. Oh, I hope he felt loved in our brief encounters bc I tried to show him the hope Jesus showed me. I am so sorry for your loss. There was surely a special spark in y'all's Kevin. Grateful to have witnessed it. Praying for you guys. God Bless.

My heart just breaks. My cousin Kevin was my first best friend. As children we were as thick as thieves. Kevin could bring smile to your face in the worst of times and the best of them. He could convince me that anything was the best idea. Even when we may have been told specifically not to do it. I cherish every crazy adventure we went on, from being in our first car accident to watching all the movies we recorded from Blockbuster! Some of my greatest memories were with Kevin and Nikki. All the Thanksgivings and Summers that I would come visit. They were amazing. I send the bestest hugs and all the love and prayers to My Aunt Jan, Nikki and her family. As well as Kevin's boys. I pray God carries you all through the hard days and He shows you humor on those days in a way only Kevin could. I love you all so very much.

I grew up with Kevin when I got into Middle School. We used always hang out together a lot. Kevin was the first friend I made when my dad moved to Simpsonville. We had a lot of great times together that I will always cherish. He introduced me to a lot of other friends and without Kevin, my childhood would have been very different and I can't imagine having not met Kevin. I thank him for everything and I will certainly miss you Kevin. My condolences go out to his mother Jan, you were always kind and gracious to me and truly feel blessed that you all were in my life, thank you for everything Jan. My condolences to his sister Nikki, it was honor to have had such a great friend in your brother. And thoughts go out to Kevin's Sons, your father was my best friend and I will never forget all those times with him. Kevin made a huge impact on my life and I am very thankful to have met Kevin. KEVIN, thank you for everything brother, I will miss you.
