You were a true American Hero...and you will be missed so much more than you ever realized that you would! RIP my sweet friend...I pray that you have found the peace that you were searching for...and are free from the pain that you endured those past few months here on this earth...
My prayers for peace and understanding go out to Teri, Kayla and Jack...may they always find comfort in knowing how much you truly loved each one of them and how you only wanted them to be happy...

It was a pleasure seeing Kevin whenever he came into the Ranger clinic. Even when he wasn't feeling well he managed to give me a little smile. I find peace in knowing that he is not suffering anymore. He fought a good fight. May the Good Lord give you rest my brother...

To the man who taught me all there was to know from the minute I showed up. I hope you Finally find peace. Know that all that I am as a ranger belongs to your mentorship. I can't believe you're gone. But I will absolutely do my best to fill in any gaps in security that have been identified. I'll catch you on the flip side "bald ranger" save a seat for me next to you in Valhalla, for there's no other man I'd rather sit next to in peace or in war. Take care and know that there's many of us still fighting For you

Epitome of what it meant to be a "RANGER"!! Fearless warrior who shared much knowledge with me about when I was just new to a world that most no have no idea exist far away from the comforts of their living rooms. He spoke with true passion about protecting his country and what it meant to be a father when I was about to be one myself.
Until "VALHALLA" brother!!

Personally worked under his supervision since I arrived to Battalion in 2009. He was a great mentor, a great friend, and a very good Ranger. I will never forget the lessons he taught me and the things he told me to push me harder. 1/75 09-13

It is so sad to see a soldier who has done so much for his country die so young with a painful illness. But no more pain. Thank you, Kevin, God has a special place in his heaven for you.
