Kevin Thomas Wallace—father, son, brother, and biggest cheerleader—passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025. He is now finding peace in the arms of those he loved: throwing a frisbee to his dog, Sammy; tinkering with his Pa; having tea with his Mamma; and holding his baby brother, Patrick. Between reunions with loved ones, he’ll surely find time for a hockey game or two, with Aerosmith and Pink Floyd playing loud in the background.
Born to Patricia Murphy and Kevin Wallace, Kevin was raised with steadfast love and guidance by his mother and stepfather, Glen Murphy. He was a proud father to his son, Aiden Patrick Wallace, and a cherished brother to Michaela Fanelli and brother-in-law, Colin Fanelli. He is reunited in peace with his brother, Patrick Wallace.
Kevin carried with him the spirit of the wolf — loyal, protective, and bound by an unshakable devotion to family. He was a man whose love was steady, whose humor was contagious, and whose kindness lifted others, leaving a lasting mark on everyone he met. Though he has walked ahead of us, Kevin’s light continues in the lives he touched and the family he loved beyond measure.
Kevin’s spirit lives on in every smile he inspired, every success he joyfully cheered on for others, and every moment of love shared in his memory. As Christopher McCandless reminded us from Kevin’s favorite book, “Happiness is only real when shared.”
He is survived by his son, Aiden Patrick Wallace; his mother, Patricia Murphy, and stepfather, Glen Murphy; his father, Kevin Wallace; his sister, Michaela Fanelli, and brother-in-law, Colin Fanelli; his brother, Thomas Wallace; and his many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Funeral Mass in celebration of Kevin’s eternal life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St. Agnes Church in Reading, Massachusetts. Following the Mass, family and friends are invited to gather for a reception at Polcari’s in Woburn to continue sharing memories and honoring Kevin.
