He enjoyed rock 'n' roll music and played guitar when he was younger. He loved his yard, especially arranging the gravel, which nobody was allowed to drive on lest it gets messed up. He valued his neighbor Kay for always checking on him and inviting him to celebrate holidays with her and her family.
Duck was a very unique individual who valued his privacy so out of respect his final arrangements will be private.
He was born in Peoria to Joseph & Betty (Moody) Winters, and they proceeded him in death. Duck lived a simple life on his terms and chose a simple exit.
Memorial donations to honor his memory may be made to St. Jude’s Midwest Affiliate or the Peoria Animal Welfare Shelter.
