WITHROW, Kevin Joseph; born October 4, 1966 in Mt. Clemens; of Lapeer formerly of Seymour Lake Group Home, Oxford; loved son of Christina Withrow & Charles (Sherri) Withrow Sr.; dear brother of Kelly (Patti) Withrow, Charles (Nancy) Withrow Jr. & Charity (Christopher) Moreau; also many nieces & nephews; preceded in death by his much loved Grand Mom Grace and Johnny, who was like a brother.
