Kim Garrison, 69, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 6th, 2025.
Kim spent her last moments talking with family, listening to Motown, and smiling. Kim was born in Athens, Ohio and resided with her family in Fairlawn. She graduated from THE Ohio State University and was a proud buckeye (Go Bucks). Always one to flex her mind muscle; no crossword puzzle, word scramble, trivia question, or sudoku was safe from her quick wit. Kim encouraged her children's ambitions, cared deeply for her husband, and provided friends & family a feeling of warmth with her presence through sickness and health.
Kim is preceded in death by sister, Barb, and brother, Todd. She is survived by; parents: Bob and Betty, husband: Rod, sisters: Kelley and Sharon, sons: Jae (Jessica) and Jon (Hannah), and 5 grandchildren whom she loved with all her heart.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd at the Courtyards on Hyland Run Clubhouse, 10304 Tipperary Drive, Plain City, OH 43064 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Parking is restricted to designated areas, no street parking is allowed.

Kim was my first roommate in the dorms at Ohio State. We hit it off immediately and ended up staying roommates for the next 4 years. We lived together through some very formidable years and ( along with Ann Hart) became great friends and even were in each other´s weddings. We stayed in touch for a number of years, but life got very busy and we fell off from close communication a few years ago.
I will forever regret not being able to say goodbye, but I know we will meet again someday..
