Kimberley Cigale Morlan, age 54, of Richwood, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 20th, 2025, surrounded by her cherished family.

Born on June 28th, 1971, in Bay City, Texas, Kim was the beloved daughter of Corliss Clark, stepfather Steve Clark, and Benjamin Davis. She was raised in Van Vleck, Texas, where her warmth and vibrant spirit began to shine.

Known affectionately as Kim, she was a beacon of kindness, humor, and compassion. Her life was devoted to her husband, children, and grandchildren, whom she loved fiercely. Kim found joy in hunting and fishing, lively game nights with family, and cheering on her Astros-especially when they won the World Series.

Kim is survived by her loving husband, Shawn Morlan; her children, Christina Stephens (husband Kyle), Leslie Haynes (husband James), and Carl Morlan (wife Nichole); and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Keith, Gage, ChloeLynn, Brentley, Christopher, Connor, and Reagan. She also leaves behind her siblings, Daleena Norris, Shantel Summers, and Christopher Clark, her nephew Cody Norris, who was especially close to her, and many dear cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Benjamin Davis; her brothers, Carl and Darren Davis; and her loving grandparents, Robert and Eva Lois Stansberry.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Stephens, Cody Norris, Jonathan Harper, Gage Harper, Stephen Edwards, Todd Norris, and Michael Brady.

Funeral services will be held on August 25, 2025, at Stroud Funeral Home, 538 N Highway 288B, Clute, TX 77531. Visitation will take place from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with the Service and Graveside to follow.
