Kimberly Ann Danielewicz (nee Pooler)
Age 61 of Plainfield, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at her home with her family by her side.
Born January 26, 1962 in Chicago, Kimberly was a daughter of Richard, Sr. and Dorothy (Dinnon) Pooler. She was raised educated in Chicago and graduated from Thomas Kelly High School with the class of 1980. Following graduation, Kimberly went onto cosmetology school and worked as a beautician for a number of years until transitioning into the financial industry and has been with One Main Financial in Plainfield for over 30 years. In her free time, Kimberly can be found at one of her favorite places, Woodsmoke Ranch in Seneca. She enjoyed camping with her family, boating and going on motorcycle rides with her best friend and husband, Wesley, Sr. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Kimberly is survived by her husband of 40 years, Wesley Danielewicz, Sr.; children, Abigail M. Danielewicz and Wesley R. (Tiffany) Danielewicz; grandson, Blake Danielewicz; siblings, Richard B. (Christianne) Pooler, Jr. and Kathleen (Michael) Watson; numerous nieces and nephews; Jennifer Long and Jessica Markee, that were like her adopted daughters, and their children, Ryker, Skylar, Sydney and Shaylee; as well as her fur babies, Dani, Colton, KiKi, Cody, Angel and Shadow.
She is preceded in death by parents, Richard Sr. and Dorothy (nee Dinnon) Pooler.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kimberly's name to B.A.C.A Bikers Against Child Abuse of Illinois would be appreciated.
A celebration of Kimberly's life will begin with visitation on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday, April 17, 2023 at Tezak Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service to be held in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m. Per Kimberly's wishes cremation rites will be accorded following services.
