Kimberly Dawn Hatmaker

Kimberly Dawn Hatmaker, 55, of Ashland, Kentucky, passed away on November 24, 2025. Kimberly was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness touched everyone who knew her.

Born and raised with a loving spirit, Kim built a life centered on family, community, and care for others. She dedicated many years to her career with the City of Ashland.

Kim is survived by her husband, Howard Hatmaker; her daughter, Jessica Maupin; her son, Justin Kitchen; and her cherished grandchildren, Gabe Traugott, Lily Traugott, and Aubrey Newland, who were the light of her life. She was an exceptionally devoted grandmother and took every opportunity to shower her grandchildren with love, pride, and joy.

Kim's heart extended beyond her family. She adored her pets, found peace at the beach, and was the kind of person who would do anything for the people she cared about. Her warmth, generosity, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Her legacy of love, loyalty, and kindness lives on in her family, friends, and the many lives she touched.
