KOQUICE SIMS Obituary
KOQUICE KENYATTA LATRICE SIMS, born on May 20, 1987, left this world on September 1, 2025. She was a beloved individual whose loving spirit and caring nature touched the lives of all who had the privilege to know her.
Koquice was known for her happy disposition, which radiated warmth and kindness. Her family-oriented personality shone brightly in every interaction, making her a cherished daughter, sister, and friend. Throughout her life, she exemplified the values of love and support, creating an atmosphere of joy for those around her. Her memory will forever be engraved in the hearts of her loved ones.
A series of services will be held in her honor. The viewing will take place on September 12, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. Following the viewing, a prayer service is scheduled to begin at 8:30 PM at the same location, concluding at 9:30 PM. The funeral service will be held the next day, September 13, 2025, at Cornerstone Baptist Church, located at 1819 Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75215, starting at 2:00 PM and concluding at 3:00 PM.
In the days to come, we invite all who knew Koquice to remember her joyful spirit and the love she brought to the world. Her legacy of caring for others will continue to inspire those she leaves behind. May she rest in peace.
