**In Loving Memory of Krishna Rao Gowd**
*November 18, 1950 – October 12, 2025*
Krishna Rao Gowd, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away suddenly on October 12, 2025, while vacationing with family at his daughter's home in Southborough, Massachusetts. He was 74.
Born on November 18, 1950, Krishna Rao, an ardent follower of Sanatana Dharma, lived a life defined by quiet strength, deep wisdom, and unwavering devotion to those he loved. His warmth, humility, and gentle humor touched everyone he met, and his presence brought comfort and joy to every gathering.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Kalavathi Gowd; his loving daughter, Geeta Singh; and his son-in-law, Balaji Singh. His granddaughters, Jeevika and Shraddha Singh, were the pride and joy of his life, and he cherished every moment spent with them.
Krishna Rao is also survived by his siblings: Hemalata Gowd, Chandrashekhar Gowd, Padmaja Kamana, and Vijay Tallapalli. Their lifelong bonds were a source of strength, laughter, and shared memories.
He was blessed with enduring friendships that spanned decades. His close friends-Bhupinder Chabda, Murali Mukkamala, and Ramesh Pulapaka-were like extended family, sharing in life's milestones, spirited conversations, and countless moments of joy.
Krishna Rao's sudden passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of his family and friends. His legacy of kindness, integrity, and quiet leadership will continue to inspire all who knew him.
A private memorial service will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that those wishing to honor Krishna Rao's memory do so by performing an act of kindness in their community.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
