Krystal Myers Blandford, born on February 19, 1980, in
Greensboro, NC, passed away unexpectedly on March 7, 2026, at the age of 46 where she entered heaven into the arms of Jesus.
Krystal was loving, compassionate, and unwavering. She was a homemaker and caregiver to her beloved mother, she embodied the spirit of nurturing care. Her gentle heart extended beyond her family, as she held a deep affection for animals and aspired to work as a veterinary technician, a dream that reflected her profound love for all living creatures.
Krystal accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in
Greensboro, NC. Krystal's faith was a guiding light helping her through some of the hardest times in her life. Her commitment to personal growth led her to earn her GED, demonstrating her determination and resilience.
Preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Noah and Joyce Lewis, Paternal Grandmother Corena Fogleman Pace, father Tony Martin Myers, mother Beverly Lewis Myers, brother Roger Dan Harris Jr. and husbands Michael Blandford and Christopher Steiner. Krystal is also reunited with many aunts and uncles who have gone before her.
Krystal leaves behind a legacy of love through her surviving family: her devoted brother Ronald D. Harris and his wife Debbie; her cherished nieces Emily Harris, Raven Simpson, and Journey Roberts; her supportive uncles Ronald Lewis and Joseph Myers; her loving aunt Betty Scoggins; her stepsons Dennis and Aiden Steiner; her fiance Christopher Oney and a host of cousins and dear friends who were touched by her love and kindness.
Krystal's memory will be celebrated at a memorial service on March 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Church Street Baptist Church, 3113 North Church Street,
Greensboro, NC 27405. Family and friends are invited to gather and honor her life and a legacy of love, strength, courage and compassion that will forever inspire those who knew her.
