Dr.Aggarwal was one of the kindest, most patient souls I´ve ever known. Working with him was always calming, usually reassuring, and affirming his love for healing. Condolences to his family, who he talked about with pride and love. Condolences also to the medical community, we lost a great man.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Aggarwal for 30 years at the VA hospital. After I would identify a patient with myocardial perfusion abnormality with nuclear medicine imaging, they would get a remedy from him. My remark to him was "I find them, you fix them". Upon his retirement from the VA a few years ago, I wrote the following verse:

Kul is such a savvy guy
We are sad to say goodbye
He has worked here many years
Most will say he has no peers
And a legend he will be
Especially in our memory
