Life and Legacy of Kurt Maurice Graham, gifted to this world on Friday August 18, 1967 and received his heavenly reward on Sunday, January 18, 2026
Born in
Prichard, Alabama, on August 18, 1967, Kurt was the beloved firstborn son of Dorothy Deloris Williams Graham and Prentiss Graham Sr.
Kurt proudly served his country in Desert Storm with the United States Army from 1986 to 1990 and was honorably discharged. There he demonstrated the courage and discipline that would define his character throughout his life. He was a devoted husband and a loving father, a loyal brother, a fun uncle and a cherished friend to many.
Those who knew Kurt understood why he called himself "the bounce back kid." No matter what challenges life presented, Kurt met them with resilience, determination, and an unwavering spirit. He believed deeply that you reap what you sow, and he spent his life planting seeds of loyalty, laughter, and love in everyone he encountered.
Kurt was a natural storyteller and comedian who could light up any room. His gift for making people laugh was matched only by his capacity to speak truth and offer wisdom when it mattered most. He was someone people turned to, someone they could count on, someone whose presence made a difference an asset and not a liability.
Above all, Kurt loved his family. His devotion to his mother was profound and unwavering-she meant everything to him. He loved hard, played harder, and approached relationships with authenticity and commitment.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving and devoted wife, Felicia Francine Graham of
