Deborah Bendolph Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by B.E. Brown & Co Mortuary on Feb. 6, 2026.
Deborah Ann Bendolph, 64, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, peacefully passed away on January 18, 2026.
Deborah was born on February 4, 1961, in Mobile, Alabama, and later made her home in Hollister, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, Doctor B. Bendolph and Margaret Bendolph, and her nephew, Marlon T. Dortch.
A proud graduate of W.P. Davidson High School, Class of 1979, Deborah pursued her calling in healthcare and earned her degree as a Registered Nurse (RN) from Bishop State Community College in 1996. She dedicated her life to caring for others with compassion and professionalism.
Deborah was known for her loving spirit and devotion to family. She helped raise many of her nieces and nephews, becoming a second mother to them. Her kindness, strength, and nurturing heart will never be forgotten.
She is survived by her siblings, Michael Bendolph, Cynthia Caffey, Brenda Bumpers (Reco), and Sonya Whittaker; her aunts, Auntie Betty Holmes and Auntie Castor Pettway; and her nieces and nephews: Danielle Pettway, Joseph Collins Jr., Jason Collins, Tremayne Bumpers, Ladarren Bendolph (Erica), Kenneth Thomas Caffey Jr. (Jakayla), Jefferey Whittaker Jr., Jessica Bumpers, Octavia Bendolph, and Jennifer Bumpers. Deborah also leaves twelve great-nieces and nephews, and one great-great-nephew.
She cherished special cousins Temeka Leslie, Nedra Hudson, Astrid Hudson, and Daisy Ann Bendolph, as well as lifelong friends Becky Garcia and Patricia Mitchell Kennedy, who remained steadfast companions through the years.

We invite all who knew and loved Deborah to join us in celebrating her life and honoring her memory.
