Dear Annie and Buzzy, I never met this wonderful young man but he sounds like he was an amazingly gifted individual. He sounded very passionate about life and addressing the issues in society that so desperately need to be addressed. I wish I could have heard him at AS220. Words cannot express how deeply sorry I am for your loss. You and your family will forever be in my prayers. Life is so incredibly short. We have the privilege and blessing of knowing and loving our family and friends briefly in our lives on earth but we will be with them forever when we return to GOD. The profound sadness I feel for you all today is beyond words. I will forever treasurer our days with our boys....I know Jimmy is overcome with a heavy heart as well. Kyle, I wish I could say goodbye. My chest hurts and I feel heavy. Thank you for the memories and always being the cool kid in class I wished to be more like. Cool Lick's coffee shakes, your Charlotte Hornet's starter jacket, Mortal Kombat, writing inappropriate messages in each other's yearbooks. I will forever remember how much cooler you were than me.
To Kyle's family- I can't even imagine and I am so sorry, but I will always be here to reach out to. I respect your wishes of privacy during this difficult and emotional time. Please tell Kyle I will remember him forever.
