Lamondo Octavis Brown

Lamondo Brown, affectionately known as "Mondo", was born on July 18, 2002 to mother Salena Gonzalez and father Lamondo Brown in Detroit, MI. He confessed his life to Christ at an early age with Most Holy Trinity Church in Detroit, MI.
Mondo attended Cristo Rey High School where he graduated in 2021 with honors and was offered a scholarship. He had a passion for basketball in which he became one of the most valuable players on his team never missing a beat! He was known for scoring 3 pointers while playing basketball and all the girls loved him not only for his good looks, but for his charm. One special girl in his life was Daisy Medina. He loved his music and family meant everything to him.
On November 12, 2023, our beloved Mondo's Earthly fight ended. He leaves a legacy of love and devotion to his family, leaving behind his devoted mom Salena Gonzalez which he loved so much, Father Lamond Brown, brother Julian Rodriguez, sister Cerissa Valdez and like a sister to him Alyssa Richardson, nephew Davi Trejo, his caring aunty Anna Gonzales and host of other cousins, aunts, and uncles. Lamondo Brown will always be remembered and will be truly missed. He will forever be in our hearts!
Visitation for Lamondo will take place on Sunday, November 26, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 10915 Allen Road, 48101. The service time will be updated once finalized.
