Lance was born in Muncy, PA to Carl Clark and Patricia Shumar.
He was preceded in death by father Carl C. Clark; grandfather Lewis H. Johnson; and Uncle Dick Johnson. He is survived by sons Adam and Tyler Clark; grandchildren Brayden Mendell and Isaiah Goodwin; mother Patricia Shumar; brother Aaron Clark; and sister Andrea and Alison Shumar. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
