Lance Elijah Maloney

Lance Elijah Maloney, 28, of Lone Rock died suddenly of natural causes on Thursday, April 6, 2023. He was born on August 23, 1994, in Richland Center the son of Troy and Kathy (Bloedow) Maloney. Lance graduated from Richland Center High School in 2012 and received his Associates Degree from UW Richland in 2014. Lance has been a friendly face since August 2016 at Associated Bank and Royal Bank, currently serving as a traveling customer service representative at many of their locations. He enjoyed working on his house, playing video games and Pokémon Go and spending time with friends. Lance was a mainstay in the local theatres being in 22 performances with Community Players, Richland Center High School and UW Richland.
Lance is survived by his parents Troy and Kathy Maloney of Richland Center,
Sister Laura Elizabeth Earlanna Maloney of Richland Center;
Grandmother Pat Bloedow of Sextonville;
Aunts and Uncles: Beth and Ron Fruit of Richland Center,
Tami Stevens of Richland Center,
Melfred Woods of Missouri;
Many other relatives and friends.
Lance was preceded in death by his grandparents Earl Bloedow and Ralph and Sharon Maloney, uncle Kent Maloney, and aunt Kim Woods.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at 11:00 AM at the Coppertop Theatre at the UW Platteville Richland Campus, with burial to follow in the Sextonville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023, at the Coppertop Theatre from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Saturday, April 15, 2023, from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 11:00 AM. A livestream of the service can be viewed at the Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service website. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
