Did not know that Lane was ill, and did not learn of the service until too late to attend.

Very sorry to get the news, as I worked very closely with him on IFMA matters during 1989, '90, & '91 when he was an officer of, and very active in, the Richmond Chapter. He was a real professional facility manager who I enjoyed working with, and a good friend, and I am sad to see him pass without having a chance to visit with him in the last several years.

Rest in Peace, Lane!

Lane made a tremendous impact at Wachovia Bank and was a great property manager. Due to his involvement, we have items on site that we never had before. Lane will be missed very much.

I have only known Lane for the past year but I enjoyed working with him. He was a great person to deal with and a wonderful customer. He was upright and honorable two traits that are hard to find in this world today.

My heart goes out to the family and close friends of this fine man.

I am very sorry to hear of your loss. Lane was a friend and a business associate. I know he will be missed by everyone. He loved his family most of all. Whenever I met with him he was always talking about his grandchildren.
