Lanis Rail Obituary
Mr. Lanis Owen Rail, age 75, of Clermont, Ga. died on September 13, 2023. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, September 15, 2023, at W.R. Strickland & Sons Chapel, Clermont, Ga. Rev. Kyle Savage will officiate the service. Interment will follow the service at Dewberry Baptist Church #2 Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, September 14, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Mr. Rail was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth Dianne Rail and his mother and father Myrtle Frances Brady and Harrel Robert Rail.
Mr. Rail is survived by his children; his daughters, Karen Harrington (John), Melinda Davis (Mike), his son, Brian Rail; his sisters Naomi Lawson, Vivian Cain (Johnny) Irma Light (David); and seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
