Larry Ballew Obituary
Larry was born on October 4, 1957, in Indiana, the son of Charles Edward Ballew, and Margaret Jewell (Steffy) Ballew, who survive. On October 9, 1976, he was united in marriage to Bernadine (Reisinger) Ballew, who survives.
He is also survived by his son, Joshua E. Ballew; his daughter, Laura (Morgan) Paul; six grandchildren, Emily Paul, Edy Paul, Lauryn Thompson, Jeremiah Ballew, Rebekah Ballew, and Gabriella Ballew; a great grandchild, Weston Tackett; and two sisters, Bethany (David) Steffy, and Sharon (Steve) Bishop.
Larry was a former employee of the U.S. Postal Service where he recently retired as Postmaster of Waverly and worked as a consultant for Ohio Valley Lumber. He enjoyed building things, tinkering on cars and electronics, and teaching life skills to the next generations.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly, Ohio.
Arrangements are under the care of Boyer Cremation Services.
