Larry C. Coolidge

Larry C Coolidge, Powell, OH, passed away on Wednesday afternoon, November 12, 2025, in OSU Wexner Medical Center. Born in the St Mary's portion of the Mayo Clinic on January 15, 1948. He was the son of Charles Sumner Coolidge and Eleanor Reemsnyder Coolidge, who preceded him, also preceded in death by his brother, Gary. Larry attended Whetstone High School and the Ohio State University. He was a real estate broker at Larry Coolidge Realtors (Powell's largest realtor, as he used to say) for 51 years. Larry was involved in the Powell/Delaware County community in many ways. He, along with others, established the Powell SERTOMA club, so that he could serve the community with prepared meals at holiday time and raise funds for needs in the community. Larry organized many events including the Cruize-In Pig-Out car show, Powell festival participation, Historical Society pancake day, Realtor Care Day, SERTOMA Scholarship program, Powell Area Realtors Association, and Powell Farmers Market. Larry served on various boards. He is survived by his wife, Patty, his niece Kristin (Craig), and their daughter, Kate, of Powell, OH, his nephew Eric (Milrose), and their son Aaron of Laguna Hills CA, Jim (Niki) Rausch and their children Joseph and Carissa of Ostrander OH, Terry O'Harra, sister-in-law Peoria AZ, Michael Rausch (Tish), brother-in-law Simi Valley CA, Nancy Phillips (Dave) Seaside CA, Margaret Rausch Agadir, Morroco and cousins and aunt in Indianapolis IN, cousins in Madison WI, Minneapolis MN, Chino Valley AZ and Salt Lake City UT and many dear friends. Larry enjoyed football, baseball games, and all things sports and cars. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday December 2nd, 2025 at 11 AM at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church 10700 Liberty Rd, Powell, OH 43065. Inurnment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
