Larry Hal Crist, 76, husband, father, and friend, passed away January 23, 2024. He was born August 4, 1947, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Larry joined the Airforce Reserves in 1969 with a six year obligation. He attended college briefly but as a loyal son, left college to assist his parents in the family vending business which he ultimately inherited and owned and managed through 2006 when he sold it.
Larry was a successful small projects real estate developer and manager as well.
Larry was a member of the Shrine for 25 Years and had recently received his 25 years certificate.
In his earlier years he was an avid motorcycle rider and belonged to the Shrine Nobel Cycles and later the Harley group.
In the later years, since 2006, he became an avid rock crawler and enjoyed his days off roading in and around the parks in Moab Utah. His ashes will be spread in the hills and trails where he loved to be in early June.
Larry is survived by his wife, Patricia “Tricia” Davis; and his son, Kevin Crist.
A celebration of Larry’s life will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Horan & McConaty, in the Reception Center, located at 3101 South Wadsworth Blvd (North of US 285, Hampden) in Lakewood, CO 80227.
