Larry Franklin Davis, 80, of Benton, Arkansas was born to the late Willie F. Davis and Gladys (Glass) Davis, on Thursday, October 19th, 1944, in Lake City, Arkansas. He went to meet his Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 25th, 2025. Larry left this world as a very accomplished and loved man. He married his loving wife, Brenda Joyce (Clark) Davis, on Saturday, June 16th, 1962, in Lake City, Arkansas. From there their family and love for God grew into something beautiful.

Larry was ordained in 1975 with the Arkansas District Council of the Assemblies of God. He obtained a Master of Arts in Theology, a Bachelor of Arts in Bible, and an Associate of Arts, at the Emmaus Bible Institute. Which lead him to pastor several AG churches in Arkansas, Tennessee, Virginia, and North Carolina.

Larry leaves behind two children, Rodney F. Davis (Melissa) and Vanessa J. Crow (Tom); two granddaughters, Jessica Davis and Brianna Carter; one sister, Frances Lowery (Raymond); along with numerous other family, church family, and friends who all love him and will miss him dearly.

His visitation will be held on Monday evening, September 29th, 2025, from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.

He will be laid to rest at his graveside service on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Pinecrest Memorial Park with Rev. Brady Lane officiating.

Dial and Dudley Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted in the care of Larry's family and his final arrangements.
