Larry is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Wanda Gayle Farris; daughter, Melynda Farris Keller (Teddy); grandson, TJ Keller; son, Allen Farris; sister, Mary Lynn Brandon, and sister, Deborah Palmer (Dale). Larry also has many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Hope Mountain Church in Calera, AL. Visitation for family members only will start at 11:00 a.m. and all others are welcome to attend starting at 11:30 a.m. with a funeral following at 1:00 p.m. Larry will be laid to rest in Shelby Memory Gardens. Dr. Deric Thomas will be officiating the ceremony. In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made in his honor to Hope Mountain Church.
