Uncle Larry! You were my roommate, you were my friend. You were like a second father to me. You were kind to everyone you met. You made time for everyone! You were in tune with the Holy Spirit and met the needs of many. You were just a cool quintessential uncle! I appreciate you and I am glad you chose Massachusetts! Many times you were the only family that was here in Massachusetts with us. I had fun on our road trips and excursions. I had fun going up to greylock mountain with you from time to time. I learned discipline and how to wake up early from watching you get up early and get to work 30 to 20 minutes early before your shift started for your job every single day. I watched your frugality and your commitment to detail. Your hard work and your dedication did not go unnoticed. I was amazed to find out that you had put in 38 and 1/2 years with the city of Pittsfield school bus garage as a Bus Driver & Bus Monitor. What a feat for any person to stay at any one job for that length of time. I could go on and on. I remember your hanes white t-shirts that you used to sport. It was almost like a uniform. Hanes white t-shirt and black pants. You used to chase us down and tickle us to death when we were little. I am one of the few privileged to have seen you take your last breath on this earth and I would not trade that for the world. That is a precious memory that I will hold Dear with me for the rest of my life. You fought hard and courageously to the very end and now I trust and believe as the scripture says You are in the bosom of the Father and The Son and The Holy Spirit!
