Larry Eli Garrett

Larry Eli Garrett, age 80, of Morgan Township, Ohio passed away on January 21, 2026 at Bethesda North Hospital. He was born on October 2, 1945 the son of Eli and Leah (Vogler) Garrett. His mother passed away and his father later remarried Marilyn who helped raise Larry. He graduated from Colerain High School and on October 25, 1963, he married Barbara Hubbard. Larry was employed as a journeyman for many years at Langdon Sheet Metal Company. He was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union #24 and the NRA. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Garrett; two children, Laurie (Eric) Rothweiler and Stephen Garrett; his grandchildren, Anthony (Mandy) Rothweiler, Jonathan (Audrey) Rothweiler, Matthew Rothweiler, Katrina Westfall, and Jakob (Saige) Rothweiler; fourteen great grandchildren; his step-mother Marilyn Garrett; one brother, Mike Peters; two sisters, Karen (Jim) Sieve and Sandy (Bill) Schneider; and many other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Charles C. Young Funeral Home, 4032 Hamilton Cleves Road, Ross, OH on Friday, January 30, 2026 from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:30 p.m. Burial will follow in Arlington Memorial Gardens in Mt.
