Larry Grage Obituary
Larry Grage was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on October 5, 1940. He married Dorthy Phelan in 1959. Larry graduated from the University of Nebraska. An engineering position at General Electric brought them to Cincinnati, but he remained a lifelong Cornhusker at heart. Larry retired from GE as Director of Customer Support at the age of 55, after 30 years of service. An avid golfer, his position enabled him to play golf around the world. It was after retirement that Larry cultivated his passion for gardening as evidenced by his beautiful, award winning garden.
Devoted father to Chris (Rhonda) Grage, Jill (Mark) Elefritz, and Jan (Chris) Beard. Loving Grandfather of Danielle (Steve) Polizzi, Andrew (Chelsea) Grage, Alek (Sonne) Beard, Elle (Phil) Baker, and Colette (Benjamin) Baugham. Great grandfather of Easton Grage, Erwin Beard, Junia Beard and Emerson Grage.
Brother of LaVern Grage.
Visitation Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 10:00 am until Celebration of Life service at 11:00 am at Hope Church, 4934 Western Row Road, Mason, OH 45040.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Larry. We worked together in Product Support for many years. He was good friend and colleague. He worked tirelessly to support GE Customers and always put them first. Rest in Peace.

I am so sad to hear about Larry's home going. We played golf together and of course fellowshipped as believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. Larry, I love you and know I will see you soon! "He hath gone to prepare a place for us, that where he is, there we may be also" (Jn 14). May we all gain an understanding of the brevity of life and seek those things which are above and not on the earth! Brad Pickey
