Larry Green, age 83 passed away peacefully after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson's disease.
Larry was born on December 26, 1941, in Wichita, Kansas, and passed on November 6, 2025, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Larry was married to his beloved wife, Pamela Green, for 47 wonderful years. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter and family. He is survived by his two sons, Chris (wife Pam) and Brian (wife Jenny). Larry was a proud Grandfather to Brittany (husband Marc), Colby (wife Taylor), Bailey, and Brandon, and a doting great-grandfather to Coen, Kate, and Hudson. Godson Gerad (wife Ashley), goddaughter Meghan (husband Chris), and their children Genevieve, Evan, Vincent, and Rayla.
A talented craftsman, Larry loved working with his hands- whether welding, restoring, or perfecting the details on his prized 1923 T0Bucket, which he built himself and proudly showcased as a member of the National T-Bucket Alliance. His gift for math and mechanical problem-solving made him the one everyone turned to when something needed fixing.
Larry was also a devoted fan of Lobo basketball, holding season tickets for over 48 years and rarely missing a game. But above all, nothing meant more to him than his family- especially his "little ones", who brought endless joy to his life.
The Family extends heartfelt thanks to the compassionate team at MorningStar Memory Care in Albuquerque for their care and kindness during Larry's final months.
Larry will be remembered for his steady hands, quick mind, gentle heart, and the love he poured into everything and everyone around him.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Maxine and Orien Lee Green, his brother James, his wife Anna, his sister Betty, and her husband Lee.
