Reverend Larry Junior Hicks, affectionately known as "Pete", age 70 of Louisburg, North Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 6, 2023.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 12:00PM at Lettuce Hall Baptist Church, 4647 NC-581, Spring Hope. Interment will follow in the Spring Hope Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 7881 Webbs Mill Road, Spring Hope.
Larry leaves to cherish his memories: his children, Eboni Hicks of Tarboro, NC and Andrea Hicks of Whitakers NC; one grandson, Andre' of Whitakers; former wife, Minister Sandra Everette Hicks of Whitakers, NC; five sisters, Mary Bauknight of North Augusta, South Carolina, Minister Bobby A. Gaye (Jimmy) of Henderson, NC, Elsie Jean Hicks and Connie Hicks, both of Louisburg, NC, and Minister Melanie Hodge of Knightdale, NC; three brothers, Reverend Dennis Hicks (Minister Shirley) of Louisburg, NC, Dewayne Hicks (Monica) of Greensboro, NC, and Joseph R. Hicks (Gloria) of Columbia SC.; three aunts, Bertha Perry of Bailey, NC, Mattie Hicks and Elaine Hicks, both of Louisburg NC; two uncles, William Melvin Hicks of Louisburg, NC, and Joe Hicks of Henderson, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
A Service of Love and Dignity is provided by William Toney's Funeral Home, Spring Hope, NC.
