Mr. Larry Dennis Howell

Mr. Larry Dennis Howell, age 80, of Westville, Florida passed away June 2, 2025, at his home. He was born October 4, 1944, in Bonifay, Florida to the late John Addis Howell and Sarah Thelma Bowlin Howell. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by one son-in-law, Darwin McMahan and one grandson, Zachary McMahan.

Mr. Howell is survived by his wife, Sara R. Johnson-Howell of Westville, FL; four children, Lori McMahan of Bonifay, FL, Lisa Bush an husband Ronnie of Panama City Beach, FL, Lincoln Howell and wife Angela of Bonifay, FL, and LeaAnn Byrd and Joey Sellers of Westville, FL; eight grandchildren, Tyler McMahan, Nichola Hobbs, Trevor Bush, Drew Howell, Dakota Howell, Dalton Howell, Ava Pharis, and Kolby Byrd; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Greg Howell and wife Susie of Bonifay, FL and Marty Howell and wife, Deborah of TX; several nieces and nephews; one step-daughter, Sharah Tidwell of husband Victor of Ponce de Leon, FL; one step-grandchild, Breah Tidwell.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday, June 5, 2025, in the Bonifay Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:15 AM Thursday in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel.
