It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Larry Johnson, a beloved husband, devoted father, proud veteran, and dedicated worker, who passed away peacefully on June 6th, 2025. Larry lived a life defined by service, strength, and love.
Larry was an Army veteran; he served his country with honor and distinction for 35 years. He brought the same dedication and discipline to his work at Boeing, where he retired after 30 years of commitment and excellence as an airplane mechanic.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Larry's greatest joy came from his family. Larry's love and best friend, Angela Johnson, was his wife of 39 years. His warmth and companionship were a guiding light to his family and friends. He was a loving father of seven: Felisha Johnson, Anthony Johnson, Larry Johnson, Mahogany Latchie, Pavielle Dawson, Passion Lewis, and Alaysha Johnson. Each of whom he cherished deeply and supported with unwavering pride. Larry was the grandfather to multiple grandchildren, the uncle of countless nieces and nephews and the son of Anzella and Ruben. He was also a beloved brother and friend to many.
Larry will be remembered for his love for family, kind heart, unwavering work ethic, stylish personality, playful sense of humor and his lifelong passion for cars. His legacy will live on in the lives he touched, the lessons he taught, and the love he gave so freely.
Flowers are welcomed and may be sent to the funeral home listed below.
Flower delivery should arrive on or before the day of service. (10:00 AM)
