Larry Charles Mulloy was born on January 4, 1953, and passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026, in his home surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born in Levelland TX to Charles Edward & Willa Dee Mulloy on January 4, 1953. He graduated from Andrews High School in 1971 and then proudly served in the Army Ranger Division from December 1972 to February 1977. After leaving the Army he drove a truck over the road for over 35 plus years.
Larry is proceeded in death by his parents, Charles and Willa Mulloy, and his wife, Vanessa Ross. He is survived by his two sisters, Shirley Reamy of Crosby Texas, and Sandra Westbrook of Andrews Texas. He is also survived by his 7 children, Amber Mulloy of Odessa, Kailey (Patrick) Rios of Andrews, TX and Ashley (Steven) Anderson of Odessa Texas; his 2 Stepsons, Michael (Jackie) Ross of Arlington, TX and Willie Tippett of Odessa, TX; his 2 bonus daughters, Becky (Tony) Ulate of Odessa, TX and Robin (Josh) Carpenter of Odessa Texas; three nephews and two nieces, 24 grandkids, 9 great-grandkids; and his 3 fur babies, Annie, Susie, Oreo.
The family of Larry wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the office of Dr. Victor Test and nurses of Lubbock Texas, Gentiva Hospice and nurses.
