Larry Nolan, 71, of Corbin, KY formerly of Bledsoe, passed away Monday, January 12, 2026, at Baptist Health in Corbin, KY due to an extended illness. He was born April 9, 1954, in Bledsoe. Larry was a retired self-employed mechanic and a member of the Green Hills Pentecostal Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Bill Nolan Jr. and Linda Ethel Banks, and his sister Karen Nolan.

Survivors include his wife, Zola Nolan; his children, Victor Kevin Nolan and Heather Victoria Nolan. His grandchildren, Hannah Sierra Nolan, Marissa Nolan, Stori'Anna Nolan and Zanthanee Nolan. His great grandchild, Khalil Fredrick Massey and his brothers, Kenneth Nolan, Bill Nolan III and James Wendell Nolan. His sisters, Lavonne York, Linda Veach, Maudie Ann Barger, Evelyn Nolan, Kathy Dinsmore, Dorothy Nolan, Carol Nolan and Lena Nolan. Also, several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 18, 2026, at 3-PM in the chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home with the Rev. Glen Sparks officiating. Burial will follow in the Nolan Cemetery at Bledsoe, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will also be Sunday from 1-PM until the funeral hour.

Memorial contributions are asked to assist with funeral expenses payable to Henson & Rich Funeral Home.

I´m so sorry for your loss, Larry and his family were close friends of mine back in the day. Larry and Maudie took me to my very first concert when I was 14, Kiss and Slade in Flame. A memory I´ll cherish forever!
