Larry L. Osborn, a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished Papa, passed away on September 16, 2025. He was born on April 20, 1941, in McPherson, Kansas, and was a proud graduate of Plainville High School, class of 1959. Larry went on to earn his associate degree from Kansas Wesleyan University.

He worked for UPS as a driver and manager from 1973 to 1983. In 1983, he became the owner and operator of L&C Vending and Coffee Service, where he worked until his early retirement in 1995 due to health reasons. Larry was a faithful member of Lakeland Baptist Church in Lewisville.

Family was the center of Larry's life. He loved spending time with his four grandchildren, attending their many sports games and activities. He and his wife, Carolyn, also enjoyed traveling together to numerous places and countries over the years. A true sports fan, Larry especially loved cheering on the Texas Longhorns.

Larry is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Carolyn (Taylor) Osborn, whom he married on September 1, 1962; his children, Scott (Danette) Osborn of Flower Mound and Angie (Darren) Hall of Flower Mound; his grandchildren, Cole Osborn, Reed Osborn, Ridge Rogers, and McKinley Rogers; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Al and Myrl (Sawyer) Osborn, and his sister, Aleta Newman.

A celebration of Larry's life will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 22, 2025, at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville, TX, with Pastor Donny Forson officiating. Burial will follow at 3:00 PM at Bellevue Cemetery in Bellevue, TX. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville.
