Larry was a veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed painting, drawing and working on cars. He retired from International Steel and T.J. Maxx.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Louise Faye (Fulkerson) Robertson; daughters, Connie Angel and Toni Kanzler; son, Larry Joe (Teresa) Robertson, Jr. ; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sister, Connie Fehrenbacher; several cousins; and nieces and nephews.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Tammy Cogar, son, Eddie Mencer, and daughter Kimmy Derrick.
Private services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Post 1114, 110 N. Wabash Ave., Evansville, IN 47712, or USO PO Box 96860 Washington, DC 20077-7677.

There are so many things that remind me of you, from silly jokes to cutting grass and painting walls. You always showed the importance of hard work and I'm sorry we didn't spend more time together. Love you Papaw.
