He is survived by his children: Chris (Kimberly) Tyree and Greg (Amber) Tyree; 5 grandchildren: Sullivan, Grace, Marin, Kate and Sadie and a niece Laurie Fauber. He was preceded in death by his wife: Jane Ann Tyree.
A graveside committal service will take place on Friday, December 2, 2022, at 2:30PM at Florida National Cemetery with military honors. Online Condolences can be left at www.steversonhamlinhilbish.com

I am sorry to hear of the passing of my friend and co-worker, Throughout the decade that we worked together at GLMS I found him to be pleasant and professional with both parents and students. I observed him frequently smiling and :"listening " to those who came to him for advice and assistance,
I will be pleased to meet up with him again, on the "other side", in the future.

Chris, Greg, and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Larry Tyree is a wonderful man and guidance counselor educator. Working with him for many years at GLMS and while serving at LMHS I was able to see how great and loving of a man he was. He also help my own 2 children who went through those schools. Larry will be missed but he gave us all many many fantastic memories while with us. God blessed us all having known Larry Tyree. Your friend, Walt M
