He was born on October 6th, 1949, in Rexburg Idaho, to Claude and Elizabeth Westover. He grew up in Downey, CA and attended a local Junior College. Larry enjoyed fishing, hunting, golf, and watching his grandchildren participate in sports. He was a long-standing season passholder at Larchmont Golf Course for many years and had many friends that he played with frequently. His passion for golf brought him to courses all over Montana and Spokane, WA.
Larry and Barbara enjoyed to travel locally, and especially enjoyed Quinn’s Hot Springs, Rock Creek, The Blackfoot River, and Flathead Lake. They took a memorable trip that included the Oregon coast, California Redwoods, Napa Valley, The Monterey Peninsula, and his beloved Pebble Beach Golf Course.
