Kenneth Westover Duncan, 77, passed away peacefully at his home on December 28, 2025 after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's disease. Ken was a cherished father, grandfather, church leader, and business leader.

Born on January 16, 1948, in Joseph City, AZ, Ken's life was a testament to love, family, and perseverance. Ken loved and honored his dear parents Clinton and June Duncan.

Ken served a church mission in Northern California. Following his mission Ken married his college sweetheart Marie Anthony in the Oakland Temple. Ken went on to earn both a bachelor's and master's degree from Brigham Young University.

At heart Ken was an entrepreneur and built multiple businesses that helped shape the legal technology industry. In 1994 Ken was named Utah Valley Entrepreneur of the Year. In addition to building technology businesses, Ken also pursued his dream of becoming a cattle rancher when he purchased the Horse Prairie Ranch in Montana.

Ken showed unconditional love to his family, and had a gift of making everyone around him feel better about themselves. He demonstrated remarkable resilience by maintaining his sense of humor even when facing immense adversity and the most challenging of times.

Ken taught his children to work and showed them the world through travel experiences. Ken is survived by his wife Marie; as well as their children Kristyn, Matt, Allison and Marc; and 11 grandchildren. Ken and Marie's son Michael passed away at the age of 5 in 1983.
