Larry T. Wilson (L.T.), age 66, of Middletown, Indiana, passed away on January 30, surrounded by his loving family at home.

Larry was born on April 17, 1959, at Henry County Hospital. He was a devoted and loving father and grandfather whose family meant everything to him. Larry had a deep love for the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting, and he was a huge sports fan—most proudly cheering on the Indianapolis Colts.

Early in life, Larry worked alongside his father in the family business, L.K. Wilson Plumbing, before beginning a long and dedicated career as a heavy machine operator with Roberts Pipeline, where he proudly dedicated 42 years of service. His strong work ethic and loyalty were well known and deeply respected.

Anyone who knew L.T. knew he enjoyed a good cold beer with some great Friends, and even more, he loved showing up for his children. He was a constant presence at their sporting events throughout the years, always offering encouragement and pride from the sidelines.

Larry is survived by his daughter, Tealah Wilson (Erik Cox) of New Castle, and his son, Larry Wilson (Grace Branscum) of Middletown. He was a proud grandfather to four beautiful grandchildren: Memphis Cox, Tristin Cox, Delilah Wilson, and Baby Wilson.

He is also survived by his siblings: three sisters, Cindy, Amanda, and Christina, and one brother, Kevin, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.

Larry was preceded in death by his father, Larry K. Wilson; his mother, Eva C. Wilson (Chambless); and his close friends and best buddies, Perry Poston and David Matthews (Cong).

Larry will be remembered for his dedication to family, his love of the outdoors and sports, his hard work, and the countless memories he shared with those who loved him.

Services will be at 2:00pm on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home in Middletown with Gary Stamper officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00am until the time of the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Indiana Department of Natural Recourses.
