Larry “Swamp Dog” Zeringue, 56, a native of Raceland and resident of Gibson passed away on Wednesday, December 18th, 2024.
Larry is survived by his loving wife: Endya H. Zeringue, mother: Betty Zeringue, brother: Russell Zeringue, Jr. (Marissa); niece: Crystal Aucoin (Ricky), nephew: Tyler Zeringue, numerous godchildren, and beloved furbabies.
He was preceded in death by his father: Russell Zeringue Sr., grandparents: Edward and Ella Mae Girior, Sidney Zeringue and Eve Zeringue Pertuit, and first furbaby: Nutmeg.
Swamp Dog was an avid sportsman that loved hunting, fishing, being outdoors, and riding his motorcycles. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and everyone that knew him.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Sunday, December 22nd, 2024 Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Monday, December 23rd, 2024 from 10:00 am at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Chacahoula from 10:00 am until service time.
