She leaves to cherish her memory her mother and father, Lillian Grace Roberts Joyner and Albert Preston Joyner both of Belgrade; sons, Jordan Deshaun Joyner of Jacksonville, Jyshaun Nicholas Jarrell of Norfolk, VA, and Jamauri Andrew Evans of Jacksonville; daughters, Lakeisha Pearl Baxter of Maple Hill, Taeyonna Danae Jarrell of Georgia, Nyashia Lenae Jarrell of Louisiana, Nevaeh Keyshia Joyner of Mississippi and Jadeah D'Arie Evans of Jacksonville; brother, Detrich Meadows (Tracey) of Fayetteville; sisters, Allison Denette Jordan (Van) of Belgrade, Erica Latrice Joyner of Georgia, Yvonne Michelle Joyner of Jacksonville, Jessica Marie Joyner of Georgia and Alberta Lee Joyner of Georgia; one grandchild, Kaynon Ameir Deshaun Joyner of South Carolina.
A Celebration of Latasha's Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday June 27, 2024, at St. Stephen AME Zion Church, 501 Hadley Collins Road, Maysville, NC, with Pastor Katie B. Chapman officiating. Interment will follow at the Henderson Cemetery in Belgrade.
The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday June 26, 2024, at Kahlert Funeral Chapel in Maysville.
