Laura Julia Michler, 59 of Carmichael passed away on August 1st surrounded by her loving husband, Michael, all her siblings Dr. Ana Pacheco-Clark (Jim), Maria Pacheco, Alfredo Pacheco III (Linda), Carlos Pacheco (Christine), Marisol Richardson (Stephen), niece Dr. Clelia Atkins-Clark and nephew Will Pacheco. Laura was a bright light to many, always sharing her smile, love and precious time. Lori generously contributed her time to the Bradshaw Animal Shelter, where her heart was deeply invested in assisting dogs in search of love and care. Lori and Micheal adopted several dogs from Bradshaw, giving them a wonderful life. Laura was an amazing woman, strong, hungry to learn and was involved in many activities such as acting with Meisner group and earning her black belt in Korean Martial Arts Kuk Sool Won to name a few. Laura's professional career was vast, rich with knowledge and rewarding to both her and the companies she served. Her journey and understanding of machinery equipment started with Machinery and Equipment Company Inc, to Iron Planet, to Precision Canning, before finding her professional home with TOMRA. Notably, Laura was a person that started her day around 4:30am because she wanted to and loved working for and with her teammates at TOMRA. Laura also earned her Real Estate License during her moments of spare time, a testament to her unyielding commitment to personal and professional growth. However, Laura's best moments were sharing her life with Michael for over 42 years (their 35th anniversary would have been September 24th) along with their numerous dogs throughout the years and spending time with her family. Lori's energy, radiant smile, compassionate heart, warming presence and love will be sorely missed. We will forever hold her close within our memories and hearts.
