Laura Gale "Lolly" Pooner

Laura Gale Pooner, 63, of Latonia, KY, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026. She was a former member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Latonia, KY. Laura was a 1981 graduate of Covington Holmes High School. She was affectionately known as "Lolly" to her grandchildren. Laura was preceded in death by her parents: Bob and Sara Townsend and brother: Timothy Robert Townsend. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years: Mike Pooner; daughter: Emily (Kyle) Eising; siblings: Brad (Becky) Townsend and Kae Kittleman; grandchildren: Boone, Ellie and Myla and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 from 10:00 AM until the Memorial Service at 12:00 PM (Noon) at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015. Interment will follow at Mother of God Cemetery in Fort Wright, KY. Memorials are suggested to Kenton County Animal Services, 1020 Mary Laidley Road, Covington, KY 41017.
