Honoring the Life of Laura Ann Ware
Mrs. Laura Ware was born on December 05, 1948, in Anderson, SC, to the late James David Groves, Sr., and Verna Boseman Groves. She was the devoted wife to the late David Lee Ware.
Mrs. Laura Ware was a graduate of Geer Gantt High School in Belton, SC. She worked as a Quality Control Inspector for countless years at Ryobi, formerly known as Singer Company. In later years she joined employment at Electrolux, from which she retired. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Mrs. Laura Ware enjoyed working with her flowers and vegetable garden. She also loved to sing, dance, shop, and travel.
Mrs. Laura Ware leaves to honor her legacy, children, Simanthia (Phillip) Scott, James Tyrone (Tara) Brown, and Teresa (Freeman) Jeter; grandchildren, Robbie Maines, De'Ante Brown, Tyrhea' Brown, Phillip T. Scott, Jr., Tremaine Mims, Laurynn Jeter, Jamal Jeter, and Andrena Jeter; five great grandchildren; sister, Jacqueline Groves Hendrix of Anderson, SC; sisters-in-law, Loretta Groves, Sarah Groves, Shelba Groves, and Daisy Groves; niece, Wilma Groves; nephew, James Harold Groves.
Mrs. Laura Ware is preceded in death by, her husband, her parents, brothers, David Groves, Johnny Tillman Groves, Sr., Bobby Lewis Groves, Joseph Groves, Sr., and William Groves; sisters, Dorothy Taylor, Francis Henderson, and Rita Mae Groves; grandson, Jamari Scott.
