Obituary
Laurie Adams Leeder, 74, passed away August 22, 2025. She was born in Kerrville, Texas to Nolan W. Adams and Amy Lee Adams on May 28, 1951. Laurie married Lester W. Leeder on June 9, 1973, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Comfort, TX.
Laurie attended school at Medina ISD. After graduation, she attained a degree in bookkeeping. Not only did she work outside of the home, she also raised two beautiful children.
Laurie had a passion for travel and loved to go gamble with her husband, Lester. Laurie's husband and children were her greatest joy.
Laurie was preceded in death by her parents, Nolan and Amy Adams; brother, Nolan ''Bumper'' Adams Jr.; aunt, Nelda Jewel Adams Cabiness; niece, Staci Adams; parents-in-law, Gus and Ida Leeder; sister-in-law, Florence Terry; and brothers-in-law, Arlen Leeder, Roy Leeder, J.R. Golden Jr. and Robert Brown.
Laurie is survived by her husband, Lester W. Leeder; daughter, Kristina Leeder and husband Miguel Pagan; daughter, Kimberly Leeder and husband Scott Medlock; sister, Linda Brown; grandchildren, Lisa, Vanessa, Issac Wayne, Katlyn, Sierra; step-grandchildren, Lisa Medlock, Billie Jean Medlock, Kody Medlock; nieces and nephews, Tara, Tamara (Jon), Trey, Chance (Hannah), Melissa (Mitch), Kelly (Brett), Mark, Alan, Carlen Ann, Jennie Lou; and cousin, Tanya Cabiness; and great-granddaughter, Eleanor Louise Medlock.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Oak Rest Cemetery, 14580 Robertson Creek Road in Medina, TX, with Tye Turman officiating.
All memorials should be sent to Center Point Volunteer Fire Department or a charity of your choice.
