Laverne Little Obituary

Laverne Little
11/13/1928 - 08/09/2025
Laverne Little, born November 13, 1928, in San Francisco, died August 9, 2025, at the age of 96. Laverne was raised in San Francisco's Sunset district, where she attended St. Anne's grammar school and Presentation High School.
After graduation, Laverne went to work for Chevron Oil Company, and that is where she met the love of her life, Thomas Little. They began dating and got married in 1950, and moved to Marin County. They first lived in San Anselmo and then moved to Fairfax, where they raised their family.
Laverne is survived by her daughter Kathleen, sons Brian (Cheryl) and Tim (Janice), and her niece Julie Tulenko; 5 grandchildren, 8 Great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Laverne's Catholic faith was the steady light she turned to in times of joy and sorrow alike. Rooted in prayer and love, her beliefs shaped how she lived.
She will be missed deeply and remembered always.
Many thanks to the entire staff of Partners In Care Hospice, who were wonderful caregivers who became like family.
In accordance with Laverne's wishes, there will be no service.
