I first met Larry in 93 when I started at Otisville, and was lucky to have him as my mentor. I quickly learned that he was a man of integrity , good morals and respected amongst his peers. He was always there to help and guide and never judgement. Larry was a mans Man. I will truly miss u my friend.

There will be a little less sunshine in the world without Larry. He was a tremendous friend and co-worker to all who knew him and would go out of his way to help anyone. I'm certain he's having a wonderful reunion with old friends who passed before him and that he's keeping them entertained retelling stories of "the good ole days".

One of the nicest person I had the pleasure of working with. A true gentleman and all around professional. He will be missed dearly.

All around great guy would do anything for anyone I thought the world of him so sorry to the family

If ever a thing needed doing, you could trust that Larry would get it done.

I´m so proud to have served with all the staff of Otisville, ours was a great era and this guy was "Top of the Rock".

Larry my Friend you were a great instructor and a great co worker you made a big Impression on all of us at OTV Gods Speed till we all meet again Rest Easy .

Larry was a Marine and fellow corrections officer and friend.

I met Mr Coe in 96 when I got the job to work in the BOP. Then I find out he was a Marine and it was an instant bond. Semper Fi Devil Dog you will be missed.

A great instructor and friend. Always had your back. A true roll model.

Larry and I were weapons instructors for several years at Otisville. Great respectful man, mow he is guarding heavens gate.

Larry (aka - smiley ) my brother my friend who always had your back he is my hero who taught me to stand strong when out numbered. and to help others who stand alone. I am always proud to tell others yes that's my brother my big brother my friend my hero ( Stand strong never alone ) I have your back . Love ya your little brother Chuck.
